Turn Around time

i take pride in making high quality handmade products. unless stated otherwise in the product description each product is made to order. the below turnaround times may vary but will always stay updated in this section.

Please note turnaround times do not include shipping time, holidays or weekends.

due to customization and the personal nature of each product i sale, refunds, returns and exchanges are not practical. each item is handmade, some are made to order, all handmade items contain small imperfections. each product i make has gone through a quality control check before being packaged and sent to you.

if your item is damaged during shipping, although outside of my control, we will work together to find a solution. take pictures of the packaging including the shipping label and original packaging. Take detailed pictures of the damage to your item. go to the contact us page and fill out the form, please be sure to include your order number in the description.
